At earth & blossoms, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns & Replacements

The Process

Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 14 days from the date of delivery if you have received an incorrect, expired, or damaged product.

Please email support@earthnblossoms.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and contact details.

For any damaged or missing item, raise a request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

Step 3: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

Step 4: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your PIN code, you may be asked to self-ship via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges to your refund account (see Refunds).

Step 5: Once we receive the item, our quality team will verify the claim and we’ll initiate a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

Wrong product delivered

Expired product received

Damaged product (physical damage, tampered packaging)

Incomplete order / missing products

Requests Not Accepted

Opened, used, or altered products

Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)

Requests raised after 14 days of delivery

Damaged/missing items reported after 2 days of delivery

How Returns Are Processed

After a return is initiated, our courier partners typically pick up the item within 5–7 business days. Post quality check, we’ll process your refund or replacement as applicable.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it reaches “Ready to Ship” status by logging into your account and selecting CANCEL in your order details.
Earth & Blossoms reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some cases, we may contact you for verification before shipping.

Refunds

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (bank, card, UPI) within 7 business days.

Refund Timelines

Canceled (before dispatch): within 7 business days.

Returns (after QC): within 14 business days of us receiving the product.

Partial Returns

You may return individual items from an order if they meet the eligibility criteria within 14 days of delivery.
